1. How to register yourself for a plan ?

Ans. Go to Exams (right side upper corner). --> Click on "+" sign --> Choose your exam --> Choose your sub category of exam --> Click on "Buy Now" button (right side  upper corner)--> select your medium and plan details--> Click on buy now --> Fill up the form  --> All the fields are mendatory --> sign in with email id and password --> To buy click on cash --> Now visit your nearest vendor to activate your account ( You can find the vendor list from Contact us information) or you may contact the head office directly over phone to activate your account 

2. How much time does it take to activate the account?

Ans : After successful registration and payment to the vendor , you have to wait for 10 minutes to 72 hours as per traffic on the website.

3. How to use the mobile app?

Ans. Mobile Application is available on Android Platform only. Go to Playstore --> search for “eclara” (without quotes) --> use ASA001 as website code --> enter your log in id and password ( you can get user id and pass word after successful registration) . Now your can find many options . Use the mobile app as per your need.

4. Can I buy the plans from home ?

Ans. No, you can’t . Till now online payment system is not enabled in our website due to some business policies. You have to visit your vendor or institute to buy the plans.

5. How can I become a vendor?

Ans : Contact with the head office. Take an appointment and physically visit the office with the your Adhar Card, Pan Card, 1 copy passport size photo graph and your orgaanization's details.

6. How much money have I to deposit to become a vendor?

Ans: You have not to pay any amount to become a vendor till now. Policies may be changed in coming days. 

7. Does the website owner run any youtube channel?

Ans : Yes. But it is in building phase. It will be in air with in a little span of time.
